RPMs fluctuating

Hey guys and gals. So I'm not exactly having great luck with my '01 Blazer. I recently fixed her up and got most of the issues gone, after I installed a new muffler I noticed my RPMs were dropping about 100 or so while cruising. I checked my fluid, it's clean and at the correct level. I decided to bring the rpms up to around 1500 in park and it did the same thing so I ruled out torque converter, also fluctuated at idle. Then I realized the defroster was on and when I shut that off, all was good. Also I had noticed before that when the defrost was on, my ac compressor clutch was kicking on and off constantly.
I haven't taken it down the road yet, but it seems to have something to do with the A/C clutch and defrost. Any ideas here?
Edit: I may just be an idiot. I worked HVAC for a short time and now that I think of it it's probably low on refrigerant since it's kicking on and off every 10 seconds or so. I'll have to check my lines for a leak. The clutch is pretty noisy though, bearing maybe?

Yeah it does, hence why I said I was an idiot haha. The AC kicks on to dehumidify the hot air being brought in by the defroster. Since mine is kicking on and off so often, I'm thinking it has a leak in the lines and is low on refrigerant. My only concern now is the noise the clutch produces
