Default Running a little rough, Where do I go from here?

So I got a bit of a problem here.

First off some specs....
99 blazer auto 4.3L 205K

I just replaced the intake manifold and then about a week later I noticed that my tack wasn't working, it wouldn't move at all (stuck at zero RPM) but every other gauge is working just fine. About the same time there was some rough shifting. Also when I accelerating quickly it'll stay in 2nd and not grab another gear. IT'S NOT LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME EITHER! SAY EVERY OTHER DAY. SOMETIMES MORE, SOMETIMES LESS.

I've taken every sensor that I took off when removing the manifold and made sure it was secure.

I also hooked it up to the OBDII and the only codes were:

P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor circuit fault.

P0442 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)

Not really sure on were to go from here. Should I look into these codes a little further? or is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Thanks for your help

Cheers,
Jay

Make sure the camshaft position sensor, (located in the distributor), is connected properly. Always diagnose and repair the first DTC that is retrieved. Then clear the history file and perform a drive cycle making sure the DTC does not set again. Then move on to the next DTC, (if any show up), after the drive cycle is completed and all monitors run their test and pass. http://www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html
