i have a 2000 chevy s10 and i put a new starter in it due it went out. well the wires accidently crossed eachother causing arcing. well i fixed them being crossed and started fine no problem but now when i go to start the truck it acts like it has slow cranking battery is good but sometimes it will cut out from starting then go back to starting. or sometimes when i go to start it it acts like no fuel or not firing but if i turn the key back to off possition then crank it agian it will start what is causing this?

 

No fuses blew during that spark off?
