Screwed up somewhere installing new fuel pump :(

Can you disconnect the fuel line from the top of the fpr and check the flow

That little port on the back with the pin is your test port. PSI is correct. Without testing the actual pressure at this point you are chasing your tail.
You can borrow one at autozone with deposit.

Fuel pressure is good! If I take the intake cover off and plug the injector plug back in.... If I turn the key I should get fuel through the nozzle right?

Only way to tell if fuel pressure is good is to put a gauge on it. 50 psi will spray fuel everywhere but will not start your truck. Please read this.
