about 15 seconds after shutting off the engine and taking the key out the gauges come on and go to some random reading. It's doing every time. Sometimes I hear faint noise from the door locks. I think it's draining the battery. Replaced the battery tonight, no change.

is this another ignition switch issue? already replaced it once.
