Default Seatbelt issue

I have a 2-door, 4WD 2004 Chevy Blazer ZR2.

So, something's wrong with the front passenger side seatbelt. It's
stuck at one length, can't pull it out anymore and can't get it to
retract anymore. I think it's just tangled up inside. If I could
just get to it I think that I could just untangle it and it would be
fine.

Problem is, I have no idea how to get to the seatbelt behind the
interior panel. I can't find any screws to get the panel off, or any
other clues to help me. Has anyone ever taken this panel off? or has
anyone ever successfully accessed the seatbelt?

Any help would be great!

Thanks,
Dave

Default RE: Seatbelt issue

[ol]Grab the seat belt webbing and slowly and firmly extract 15-25mm (5/8-1in) of webbing from the seat belt.
Release the seat belt and allow the webbing to slowly retract back into the retractor.
Check to see if the seat belt is released. If the seat belt is not released, repeat steps1 and2, two times more.
If the retractor does not release after repeating the steps, replace with a new retractor[/ol]
If that doesn't work then you need to take off the trim panel...ugh...
[ol]Remove the upper and lower front seat anchor bolts.
Remove the rear seat belt lower anchor nut.
Remove the assist handle.
Remove the coat hook.
Remove the endgate or the liftgate opening door sill trim plate.
Fold the rear seats down.
Remove the jack storage cover (left side only).
Remove the screw that retains the upper body side trim body side trim panel to the vehicle (left side only).
Remove the upper body side trim panel from the vehicle.
Feed the seat belt through the trim panel.[/ol]
