I would search for this prior to asking, but I really have no idea what to search for haha, I've heard noises described my several words so...

Today I was just out for a drive, 98 Blazer 4 door, when I braked at a stop sign, and I heard this really loud creaking coming from the front right side. When I let off the brake and accelerated, same thing. It happens everytime, and I hear it sometimes when I go over little bumps, but sometimes not. I have no idea what it could be, if anyone could give me an idea as to what it could be I'd appreciate it

 

anyone have any ideas? I normally wouldn't bump the thread, but with the holiday weekend coming up, I'm going to be doing a lot of driving and I'd like to know if this thing is safe to drive. Thanks!
