Default SES P code

Hey all
Just had a buncha work done on the Blazer last weekintake gasket, tensioner pulley replaced, cap and rotor replaced, coolant flush/refill, and oil change. The first day I had it back it ran like it was new. The next day I started getting hesitation/misfire shudders at 45 mph and above. So, I had the code checked cuz the SES light came on. Advance auto did it and came up with this code:
PO442
Something about an emissions leak. Anyone have any ideas about what that is? It's frustrating, but I'd like to get it fixed and the truck running like new again! Thanks in advance for any help!
