she said "it's overheating!!"
Hey, Jeezy here
I have a 97 s10 blazer sitting in my driveway. My little step sister didn't take care of her vehicle (radiator has a hole) has to fill it with water constantly. she was on the way to work and her rig over heated (i forgot to fill it i think she also said). We got there a few minutes later, started it to see what was happening. There was steam coming from the exhaust and it was pinned to the "H". it's been sitting while her biological father said he'd figure it out (about a month now). people say it seems all thats wrong is the head gasket is toast. Their talking like it's gonna go to the first buyer. I can have it and want it..... if its not going to be ridiculous costing and or a LONGTERM project.
Any Idea's?
Thanks Jeezy

You can hope that it is only the headgasket and that permanent damage was not done to the block. Your best bet would likely be to get a low mileage engine and drop it in. That way you do not have to worry about the possibility of a cracked head or spun bearings.
