Default Should I be worried?

I have a 2000 Blazer 4dr 4wd that recently had a no start issue. it sounded like a fuel issue but I thought I had a decent amount of fuel left in my tank (my fuel gauge doesn't work but I keep track with the trip meter). After trying and checking simply things I then proceeded to add gas as at "couldn't hurt" fix and she started right up without issue. I immediately went down to the gas station and filled me tank. With the what I added and how much gas I got at the gas station I calculated that before I put any in I had 5-6 gallons left in the car when the issue arose (plus reserve if the 2000 blazers had gas reserves). Its now fine and hasn't had an issue since (its only been a few days). Is this something that should concern me that it didn't start with a decent amount of gas in the car? I know cars do weird things occasionally some I'm not over thinking it, but I thought It might be good to post here and see if anyone has any thoughts or similar issues?

As far as adding gas, I did about 1.5 gallons when it first wasn't starting and that didnt help and then the next day I added about another 1.5 gallons and then that's when it decided to start up fine (same issue before I added the second 1.5 gals)

Travel with the ability to test fuel pressure and spark. Next time it wont start find out which one it is and report back.

You get worse mileage with the winter gas blends, so you might want to recheck exactly how your mpg's are being affected.
