Sold with no emergency brakes. Legal?

Wow I have to say in ny, Long Island they don't check any of that lol. They don't even open my hood. They check the lights, blinkers, etc, and hook it up to the odb2 and send the results to the dmv.


So technically could you sue them if they never told you, say your steering was loose and a tie rod broke right after?

My "Blazer" tire cover came in. I put it through the wash and put the cover on. This truck actually looks pretty cool. Are the 2dr models more in demand than the 4dr models? There didn't seem to be very many of them around.
