Default Start up issue... Any Ideas?

Hi. I have a 2001 Blazer 4x4 LT with 245,000 miles on it. Still runs like a champ (knock on wood) but i have a problem with it starting sometimes. The best way to explain it is that it "floods" itself out, like what would happen with an older car with a carburetor. It happens at random times. Sometimes when its hot, and sometimes when I first get up in the morning. All i have to do is wait 10 minutes and it starts up. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I am thinking maybe leaky fuel injectors?

Thanks guys.

When you say it "floods" itself out, what specifically does it do? Just crank? 10 minutes just happens to be the length of time it takes for the Passlock system to disarm. Do you happen to notice the "security" light on the dash when you are having the no start condition? If so, I would wonder if your ignition switch is not to blame.

Umm.. i know what you're talking about. I have had the Passlock system do that to me before. The truck will almost start then just keep turning over. It will do it also if I let go of the key too soon. If this happens, it will just turn and won't fire either. It has been doing this since i have had the truck(about 4 years), and it used to be just once or twice every couple of months. But, lately it has been five to six times a week.
