Default starter wiring access?

Greetings all. I need to track a starter wiring issue (I believe?). Is access to the solenoid connections possible through passenger wheel well? Starter is of mystery age but not original I am sure. Really believe it's a bad connection. Will start with the block ground of course. Coming of a broken foot, don't want to sound lazy but pulling the starter will mean extra pills. Thanks.............

yep you can access it from the wheel well.. What you can do is ...

see if you have power there with a multimeter and then go from there.
