Default starting hard

I've got a bit of a problem here. I have a 95 blazer and it absolutely refuses to start on the first try. The second attempt will start fine. I've had it checked probably 10 times now and so far nothing has fixed it. Just yesterday I had the starter, fuel pump, oxygen sensors, battery, and a few other things checked out and they are working fine. Has anyone else had this type of problem or does anyone have any idea of what the problem might be? It has been doing this for probably 3-4 months now.

What type of engine do you have? Has the problem improved or worsened with the change in weather? How many miles on the vehicle? I'm guessing fuel injection. Have you had the injectors checked? Just a couple of thoughts.

its a vortec 4.3 *i think. it has pretty much acted exactly the same in different weather conditions. another thing is that the engine was replaced and we still have this problem. im not too familiar with this stuff but i had it checked out and didnt get any codes pointing to the injectors. ive probably had it on 5 different computers and none had found anything. the only other suggestion ive gotten was that maybe the battery was too small. but it just seemed to start giving me this problem all of a sudden and hasnt gotten any better or worse. any suggestions would help, thanks!
