Unhappy starting issues

I have a 99 blazer 2dr LS 4*4. It cranks over about 10 or so times when cold. Even does it in the summer. Replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Sometimes if I shut it off and run in to pay for gas or something quick and go to start it it will fire up right away, rpms go up and on the way down it will clunk out. Any ideas on this problem would be awsome.

Thanks, Jake

I suggest you check the fuel pressure. You should see 58-60 psi when you turn the ignition on before you start it. Also is the fuel filter due to be changed?

If the filter is too clogged, you may need a fuel pump as well.. hopefully not though..
