supercharger good idea

Default supercharger good idea

i have a 1998 blazer with 145,000 miles on it and i wonder if its a good idea to put a super charger on it for and little more power. good or bad idea

Uh no...Anytime you put a higher inflow on a possibly tired engine-Tragedy WILL occurr!
Consider all aspects of the bottom end and transmission issues as well! Do your homework! Be careful if thats the way you want to go! Again- Do your reseach first!

With those many miles, I'd look at a rebuild before adding a s/c. You could get lucky and not have any prolbems, depending on how those miles were racked up. In my book, better to be safe than sorry.
