Default Temperature

Hello, In my 1995 4.3 blazer i'm having a problem with the air flow inside the car. Basically when I turn the pnuematic dial to say vent I get air flow out of the heater section. this happens on multiple settings. Reading some of the other posts I did replace all of the air lines under the hood but I still have the problem. I do hear a bit of hissing at the switch inside the car when i turn it to a setting but could this be it a new switch?

Thanks for all of your help.

The only way to find out about the hissing sound is to take it apart and see if the vacuum line is bad or loose from the HVAC controls. If not, while the assembly is out, that would be the time to determine if the leak is within the unit.
