Temporarily in 4Lo at start?

Temporarily in 4Lo at start?
I recently had the encoder motor changed on my 2002 Blazer, before that I had no lights next to the 2 Hi, 4 Hi, 4 Lo, now it all works, and shifts fine.
Before that I had this problem, and still do - it SEEMS like it's in 4Lo when I start it up SOMETIMES - I typically have to drive a little bit and then it no longer feels like that, and drives perfectly fine after.
Any ideas? Thanks
