thermostat 99

Default thermostat 99
99 blazer, I have not looked under hood yet, rarely work on my own cars. Before I look, where is the thermostat located? Is it easy to change out? Thanks for any help.

The thermostat for my 98 4.3l is located on the top of the engine near the radiator. Just in front of where the air intake enters the engine.

Follow the upper radiator hose to where it connects to the engine. Fairly easy to change, but keep in mind that when you remove it, the coolant in the upper rad hose will come out.
