Default throttle cable broken / Fly by nylon strap

Any ideas where to source a throttle cable for a 2002? They seem to be non existent, not at autozone oreilys, rock auto, or any of the big box stores and a google search. Found a nylon packing strap on the side of the road. Put a key ring around the cable at the TB and tied the strap to the ring then snaked under the hood to the window so I could manipulate the throttle to get home.

Could try a salvage or junk yard, but 90% of the time you're going to find they're probable cut. Most places or people won't take the time to actually disconnect it when they pull the motor and instead just snip it... But you may have luck if you find one with the engine still in it.

Yes that is it, searched eBay and didn't see that one.....meanwhile I was able to source two of them at the local pull a part, thought I might need a spare some day. On to the next project, thanks to everyone that posted.

Oh no my friend, only the thought of most of them being cut. I actually found about a dozen with engine still in so I could pick and choose. Seriously considered getting more an putting on Ebay but was already fatigued from the three I had already pulled. I am now an expert throttle cable remover. Just very perplexing of all the parts that are available but cant buy a new throttle cable. The important part is I am back on the road with a spare cable and nylon strap in the jack compartment.
