Tire still Rubbing and other problem....
bump
also heres a new question along with my orginal one above thanks so much everyone
i just replaced the output shaft bearing and the axle seal on the passenger side cv its leaking cv green grease again and my tbars arent cranked that much only 1/2 inch to even out sagging. The drivers side (where the tire is rubbing) is not leaking at all. What does it leaking mean? does it mean it might need 2 be replaced soon?

Not sure about the torsion bars... I know that there were several different part numbers with different levels of stiffness depending on the suspension package.
If the seal is already leaking then you either have a bad seal or maybe a bearing is beyond specs causing the shaft to move around and ruin the seal.

I may have been thinking of fullsizes... seems that the the S10 t-bars were all the same but the keys were different depending on the suspension package. Look at item number 18 on the attached link.
Back to your original tire rubbing problem... I think that maybe you have a weak torsion bar. Keep in mind that you should replace them in sets. They are not cheap but you could get a set of used ones from a salvage yard.
