changed trans fluid prior to truck would drive sluggish , so assumed strainer fluid needed changing so had that done , but truck still lingers from fisrt to second takes to long to shift between the gears then it drives as if its emergency break were engaged what could my issue be any help would be greatly appreciated

With the trans is in neutral, vehicle on a level surface, can you push/pull it easily with one person?
