Default trouble shooting flow chart???

Does anyone have/ know if there is a troubleshooting flow chart that someone may have comprised out there?
I have posted a thread earlier but haven't had any luck on my problem.(96 4.3 s10 won't start).
Have good spark at the plugs, 60 psi fuel pressure, cranks over well and won't even fire with ether or gas in the manifold.
Any info would be great.

What color is the spark? It must be blue and 'snap'.

If it's orange, it aint good. Try with plug directly in wire from coil. If blue there, new AC delco cap and rotor.
