trying to remove running boards...

i'm trying to remove the rusted up running boards from my 96 blazer. i got the bolts grinded off, but cant pry them off. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

thanks, got em off after a few good kicks lol! and the brackets werent the hard part, the front fenders were like melted on!
