In flasher mode straight from the UH HAZD fuse through the Contacts in M/F Flasher HZD Switch to the flasher (Gray Wire). My plan right now is to remove the flasher and check for power to ground at the flasher. On both the primary and Secondary power (HZD Off Cavity A1 to B2) & (HZD On Cavity B1 to B2) If I have power present than I will double check the relay, and scratch my head for other possibilities.
Its always best to check for voltage with the load still in the circuit because some problems do not manifest themselves with no current as would be the case with the flasher removed from the socket. Best would be to back probe the connector or pierce the wire with a suitable probe on your meter. I can give you links if you like. If you have power on lt blue and gray then its on to the output wires from the MF switch under the column.

Thanks for the information, But where the flasher sits It will be kind of difficult to back probe the connector and I am not a fan of puncturing the wire. I will probe the wire if I need to but I will start verifying that 12 volts is present.in the cavity. and go from there.

No problem, When I have to probe a wire I dab it with liquid electrical tape when I'm done. Let us know what you find.
