Default Turn Signals not blinking.

I think this is the right section, if not I apologize.
I was driving home from work today only to find out that my turn signals were not blinking like they should be. When I got home, I got out and turned on the driver's side signals, then the passenger side sigs. they all light up, but don't flash. I'm lost on what this could be. Maybe a fuse?
Opinions encouraged.

I'm not sure on the 96 Blazer, but the 97 the flasher is hide behind the cig lighter or power outlet. You have to remove the lower middle of the dash to get to it. It is next to the 4-way flasher.
But your problem sounds like a flasher.

No problem, glad the problem was easy and not something to do with the wiring.

Was the flasher where I said it was? Just curious if the 96 & 97 were the same. I know the newer Blazers have it behind the glove box much easier to get to.
