Default Ugh, first problem with new used blazer..

Just got my 1999 blazer not even a month ago, and now I have my first problem and have no clue as to what it is.

I was driving home from my girlfriends earlier this morning, and about halfway home, I noticed my dash lights go off (the milage and gear signs were still lit up, so was the nav and radio etc) but they came back on less than 5 seconds later. I thought nothing of it, and a little further up the road the dash lights went out again, and this time didn't come back on.

Ever since I got my blazer the dash lights always were on when you would start the car.

Anyway, I got home and tried turning on the headlights, and my nav, radio, and everything else went dim.

Now the problem is not "well if you turn your headlights on of course everything will go dim" No, when I turn my blazer on , I wouldn't even have to turn my headlights on at night to see because everything would automatically be on. My dash, my headlights, my taillights etc. Even IF I DID turn my headlights on, my nav, center console radio, etc would still be brightly green. But now since I turn the headlights on they dim to a dark green.

I have no warning lights on in the dash.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE? It is already driving me nuts lol.

Start by checking all fuses in the IP fuse block, end of dash.
