Exclamation uhhh ohhh...tune up gone wrong

ok so i decided to do a tune up on the car. i did plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. car turned over fine. but now it runs sluggish. i rev the engine and its slugish at low rpms. and now the check engine light is blinking at me. im not 100% sure if the plugs went in the right way. if someone can give me the order that they are when connecting into the plugs. because the numbers are written on the cap. thank you for any input.

Definitely sounds like the wires are out of order.

Here is the order:

Tip for future reference: Change the plugs one at a time. Then you can't get the wires confused!!
