Default v8 swap questions

Sorry if this is in the wrong place I wasn't sure where to put it. I have a 95 blazer 4x4 with a blown motor, and got the ideal of a 350 in place of the vortec 4.3. What would I need for the swap?

That wasn't too much help. There's gotta be someone on here with some knowledge on this subject.

Jags that run have a (JTR) have an S10 V8 Manual that covers all aspects of a V8 swap. They have portions of the book you can read on their web site. I am sure you can get the manual pretty cheap on ebay. There are so many things to consider that it would be impossible to cover in a single thread on a forum. It is not a straight swap to drop in a 350. Motor mounts need changing/re-location, radiator needs to be moved, you will probally lose AC. Hooking up the cars computer. Will your existing transmission bolt right up and work especially if it is computer controlled. How much money and time do you have to invest. Are you going to do it or have shop install If you are serious about installing a V8, then invest in the manual and then if you have a particular problem or question that you are trying to overcome prior to starting or during your swap someone who has done it before can help provide a resolution.

Well I was told it that it was a drop in and bolt up deal. This is the first chevy I've owned, I'v only delt with fords and I thought it would be like swapping a 5.0 into a ranger.
