vacum hook up for driver side fender

A mirror and flash light after dark works best for me. Once I was able to see it then it was easier to do by feel.
The one on the 2002 with 193K miles still looks OK.
The 1998 with 524K miles was like another's just rotted away but before the valve stuck it idled and ran fine. On this S10 we plan to go in with the 119K mile engine tomorrow night. Tore it down to a long block and put it back together with all new gaskets. It was so clean on the inside and we are excited to hear how it runs soon.
I am starting to think since they cost next to nothing that every 10year/100K miles replacing all of them would be being proactive. Just doing it one would be sure to see another issue ready for attention.
