Default Weird noise

Hi All,
Does anyone happen to know what this humming/whirring/whining noise is? It's been happening for a while and for the longest time I thought it might be the alternator but it finally died and I replaced it and that noise is still going. It's not coming from the speakers, doesn't appear to be the alternator, and finally this happens in both neutral, park, and on the road(as shown in the video kinda faint though with all the other road noise so turn the volume up to hear it) so I hope that rules out the tranny? The noise rises/lesses depending on how hard I am stepping on the gas/RPMs.

Thanks!

It sounds like whine from the speakers to me honestly.

most likely a ground I had a similar issue with a car i had put an airbag system on. I used one spot to ground multiple grounds for the relays to control the dump block and started getting feed back. I broke them up into two spots and the feed back went away.
