I use the GM factory service manuals and MItchel1 DIY online service for our 2nd gen blazers on a near daily basis. These are the best source of information about our trucks available. I have not used a Chilton manual in decades, they are too generic.
If you demand respect you may or may not get it and it may or may not last. If you earn respect that may endure If you want respect here stick around and help some people successfully repair their trucks and you might earn some.
My father's family lost their home after his father was almost fatally injured during the depression and was hospitalized for a year, then fought in two wars (WWII and Korea) totaling 8 years of service, mostly in extremely dangerous Atlantic convoys (many of them torpedoed), built his house almost entirely by himself while working a full time job, ran his own business for 45 years and raised a family and lived to 92 after surviving two massive rounds of cancer surgery in his late 80's. He was respected. This, not so much but he didn't have participation trophies when he was growing up either, just survival, service to the country, sacrifice and work. I never once heard him demand respect, but I never respected anyone more than him.
Oh and the 5.7L 210 HP TBI motor was used in Blazers from 1987-1991 so as Tom said, his label most likely applies to your truck.
