rubbers that hold the plate on? all the brackets i got were metal. heres a pic, the ones from the 2000 and the ones from the 90 are on the right

frick that took me long enough to get that stupid pic there... lol i couldnt figure out photo bucket.
and thats strange, i pulled them right off the bushings on either side of the oil pan
