Sometimes it gets old answering a question asked a thousand times with countless threads.

The Fuel Filter is located on the inside of the frame-rail under the driver door.
It's easy to find and replace on these trucks.

What terms did you use to search?

Here's the How-To: Fuel Filter Replacement How-To-Write Up - DISCUSSION THREAD

^That thread is the second one down with the terms "Fuel Filter Location"

Must have been a crappy try.

The fuel filter is a bitch! and definately get a 16mm flare nut wrench to avoide messing up the fuel line, all my regular wrenches rolled off the fitting for some reason, use pb blaster,

also if its running rough do a tune-up with ac delco parts, dont cheap out, Change plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, very easy to do. Also I would recommend air filter and oil change,

And I tell everyone to change there tranny fluid nd filter and front and rear differtnial fluid since nobody ever does that doesnt know about it, i know I never did... This will help your truck last a lot longer!

I have removed some inflammatory posts from this thread. Once a Staff member has stepped in, there is no need for further commentary other than addressing the questions.
