Window problem
I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer LT (I think it's LT) 4-door, and when I bought it, I thought nothing of the problem, but there is a residue on the driver and passenger side window that seems to either be from a ****-poor job of tint removal, or it's from 12 years of rolling up and down the windows so much. To replace just the driver side window is $300, so I'm looking for alternatives. Please advise. To help, I've included a picture that I took with my phone. I know it's not the best, but I can go and take more pictures with a better camera and post them if need be. Thanks in advance.
I'm hoping someone here can help. Thanks.

Looks like scratched window tint to me. If the front door windows are tinted, its aftermarket. Shouldn't be too expensive to have a tint shop re-tint or remove. Removing it yourself isn't too bad, just need new razor blades and ammonia glass cleaner.
