Thanks for the link. Did you pay $25 shipping?? I took it to my friend who worked for a chevy dealership & he was going to see what was going on. He told me he has used the NAPA ones before with no issues so he wants to see what is going on. If we do have to get a factory part he can get it from the dealer he use to work for & I doubt it will be any more with the shipping that guy is asking.
Thanks for your help I'll post back what the final deal is with it.

I got the issues solved by my friend. I tried a Napa RAY49700PB pulse modular That one caused the wipers to run with out turning on the wiper switch. Just turn on the ignition key & you had wipers. (maybe good in FLA. but not in the desert)
So I ordered the other Part # RAY49737PB which looks just like the first on. Well it may look the same but it works correctly. So if any one else ever has a problem as I did order the Part # RAY49737PB PULSE BOARD. I use NAPA for two reasons one it is the only parts house in the small town I spend time in in Nevada. Second I have an account with them & I get a large break on my parts. This board was $22 my cost. Regular price is $37.10.
I hope this helps someone else.
Thanks for everyone's input. I learn a whole lot from this board.

Yea I could of re-soldered it. But my luck would of been I would of re-soldered it & it would of worked great until one of the two or three rains we get a year. Or until it decided to become auto wipes turn the key on & they start wiping. HA HA.
