Default Wiper motor for 98 Blazer

When I turn my wipers on I get nothing until I go under the hood and jiggle the wire harness end of the motor . I want to believe that the motor is not getting good enough ground. Should I all of the terminals, before I replace it?

Reflow all of the major contact points on the circuit board inside the motor. I made a how-to on this years ago -- Fix for cold solders in the Wiper Motor

I followed that how-to around 5 years ago.
It worked for a little while. (I probably didn't get all the cold solder joints fixed properly. )
Ended up just replacing the circuit board off Amazon for 9 bucks. Has worked like a champ since.
