Wiring help

I'm wondering what the mA draw is on a 1995 blazer 2dr, while off and no accessories are on. My new DMM reads 7 mA for battery draw, and my fuse 4 shows 3 mA of that draw.
Now my battery is not holding a charge, so I have at least 2 issues.
I could really use a wiring diagram for fuse 3 and fuse 4 on a 1995 blazer. Does anyone know of a good publisher of this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Maximum allowable parasitic draw is usually somewhere around 1200mA, or less. A good battery should last almost two weeks and still start the engine. To test parasitic draw, the DVOM must be in series with a battery cable. The keep alive memories draw several amps to charge if the cable is removed. They must be charged before testing for draw. Use a 12 gauge jumper wire connected to the battery terminal and the cable end to charge the memories. With the jumper still connected, connect the DVOM, then remove the jumper wire.
Wiring schematics for 1995 can be a challenge. There were three different computer control systems used, which means vehicle wiring harnesses will be different on each system.
Check your local public library for GM factory shop manuals or Chilton manuals. Generally, Chilton manuals are worthless, but at least it's something.... even if it is wrong
Another option is online access through your State library system. Some States have it, some don't. Michigan e-library has it available, (free) to its residents. You can also check Ebay for the GM manual. They cover one model and one year, so make sure you're getting the right stuff.

That one has a few drop outs, this one is for the Tahoe and is complete. I use them in conjunction and have found I get the entire deal for our trucks, Jeff.

Having a 95 I try to share what I can as the cpt. said there a little tough to get the correct info on.
