Default Won't start after running out of gas. (P0410)

2001 4.3L V-6...I ran out of gas pushing it a little too far on a road trip. Managed to coast into the gas station to fill up but the truck will not start now.
First thing I did was change the fuel filter and check the fuel pump. The pump is working but not sure if it is working at the right pressure. I bought a pressure tester tonight so I plan on testing that tomorrow.
However, now that I have it home and got the battery charged again I have a check engine light and P0410 codes. I know this is for the air injector pump but I really don't thing the two are related.
Any suggestions?

With the pressure gauge, you will be able to purge the air from the fuel supply line. It should do it on its own anyway, but... Hopefully the pressure comes back proper. If not, you could have wasted the pump.

I doubt the P0410 code is related, but here's the code sheet for it:
P0410 - Secondary Air Injection System

Yeah if it didnt purge the air on its own i would put my money on the fuel pump! It may still work but not making enough p.s.i
