How to: Quad Beam Mod On & OFF Switch
Ok so recently i did the Quad Beam Mod and disabled my DRL'S but for everyone that has done the quad beam mod they know that your low beams stay on even in the day time. Originally i only did this because i have HID's but everyday i drive my HID's are on and i dont want them on all the time id rather save my bulb's life. Plus, the low beams on in the day aren't needed in the first place. So i figured that if i got a switch i could turn the quad beams off in the day and on at night. Therefore my headlights would be off in the day time (did the disable DRL mod) and i would have my quad beams at night. So i got into it.
First off if you don't already have quad beams and you want them shoot over to this thread: https://blazerforum.com/m_189312/tm.htm
If you want to disable your DRL's go here: https://blazerforum.com/m_137339/tm.htm
Ok so now you should have the quad beams and the DRL's disabled. I have rolles of wire positve & negative wrapped together so i cut a long length of that and put it aside.

I then took apart the wires you use for the quad beam mod.

Then i took the ground you used for the quad beam mod and spliced it into the negative side of the long length of wire i talked about earlier.

Then i spliced the postive wire from the long wires i cut and spliced it into the 2 yellow wires you cut for the quad beam mod

(Caps are temporary until i solder them.)
I then ran that long wire i cut earlier threw the back of the passenger's side headlight, up into the engine bay and down past the ac reciever dryer

Down threw my fire wall and into my switch (attached to my switch panel i built for where the tape deck was). The ground gets attached to the ACC connector on the switch (the middle prong) and the postive wire (attached to the headlight wires) gets attached to the Power prong on the switch (the top prong).

So now when i have the switch in the off positon it turns the quad beam mod off and my headlights are all off in the day but when the switch is in the on position in turns the quad beam mod on.
Thought this would be useful to any people that don't want there low beams on all the time during the day but still want the quad beams!!
