I cannot seem to find a mounting kit for my blazer. I believe the 94 and 95's had the same interior and were the only trucks to have that interior. Has anyone mounted an after market head unit in a 94 or 95 blazer? where did you get the kit or how did you do it? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

the mounting kit is listed in the very first post in this forum... i believe its 99-3043 or 99-3043g( which is the gray color to match most interiors, the other one is just black). thats the kit number and the part number from Autozone, its a metra kit for an s-10. if you have them look up the kit they will get you the wrong one....their system comes up with the kit for the early 90's models.

Edit: I just reread your post..the 94's are a completely different interior. your interior is the same as a 95-97. 91-94 are the same.... hope that helps

 

I just installed a new head unit in my 96, which has the same interior. I couldn't find the kit anywhere. Then I went to best buy, and they told me to go around and ask the geek squad people they have in their installation garage on the side of the building. I told them what I needed, and they had it right there hanging on the wall. It was $21.50, if I recall. Hope that helps.
