amp question

well my dad loves my and decided to get me subs for christmas
i was wonder though.
if i got the Dual 2 ohm Type-Rs and ran it at .5 ohm load.
but what amps actually can perform at that rate?

why do you wanna run at .5??? unless you have the electrical to back that ohm load up then its not a good idea. get the DVC 4ohm subs and wire them at 1ohm....you could get a bxi 1606 and it should be nice

or wire those D2 subs at 2 ohms. ZX1500.1, Hifonics bxi2000, if you can find an old Soundstream Van Gogh 1600.2 if you got the dual 4's.

yeah i decided im going to go with hifonics amp and the D4s
also what are some good door speakers that aren't over a $60 that sound good
any reccomendations?
