Default blew my tweeter?

hey all when my ininity plate's tweeter on the passenger side hits certain notes it starts to buzz, or something to that effect. Is this typical of a bad tweeter, or could it be a loose wire somewhere?
I've recently had my heater core replaced and he kinda messed up my deck, now when I cut the power to it(detach the face) it gives off a static shock or something.......

I thought maybe he coulda did something to my beloved speaker too []

me thinks you have a blown tweeter. Sorry, it sucks, but I think that is the problem.

It sounds like you have an electrical problem if you are getting shocked when you disconnect the faceplate. I'd pull the deck and check the wiring harness to the stereo for cut insulation or frayed connections. I'd also take a look around behind the dash and make sure there isn't anything shorting on the headunit chassis.
