Angry CB radio problems

So i have been expirenceing problems with my CB radio. It works fine when the car is off but as soon as the car is turned on it, plays the sounds of the engine, beats from the subs, wiper motor, and even the heater. I have re-grounded it three different times and ways, plus tried to rig it to the fuse, cig lighter, and battery and currently have it going to a on/off switch then to the battery. Is it the antennas ground or what? the antenna is mounted to the spare wheel rack. please help asap.

Thanks in advance

Antenna wire running too close to power wires? Are you using a shielded antenna wire?

Ok so i moved the antenna to the front brush guard and now i dont have interference but now i cant really get any channels, i can sorta hear some spanish which is strange for northern idaho but when i change the channels through out the 40 available i still hear the same spanish. Is my CB radio messed up?
