I cant get the radio to go on to cd-player/changer, iam holding the aux button down and it says something whit tape disablet, but no sound from cd, goes to radio???? help please.

did you hook it up or did somone else??

 

The car is born whit it, but nothing happens when i push the tape/aux button.

he is saying that the HU came with the Truck, that is the factory HU. (i think) Either the CD changer came unplugged or it isnt getting power.

well it gets power, the display shows cdXX track XX and it look like it is playing, but no sound, and when i push the tape/aux button nothing happens, it can play tapes, but when tape/aux is pushed, thennothing, the display does nothing, it is like the button is'nt working?????

 

might be a bad connection in the unit itself

 

IT'S working now, is playing over the radio antenna, so i needed to scan for the cdplayer, and it is on fm 89,1, but thanks for the reply and help.
