Thanks guys for the quick response.
First, Blazin, you will have to forgive me because this is the first time installing components. Is there enough room in the door to hide the x-overs properly? Also, I want to find another place to hide the amp because I had my car broken into recently and I dont want anything visable. Anywhere else you would recommend? Thanks for your time
Second, Hillybilly, why the CDT's? Im not questioning your opinion, its just I've heard so much about both that I want some details that are not promotional bull. Thanks

you might be able to mount it under a seat or something like that. not many great places to hide things in out trucks.

On the CDT's, dont take a lot of power to get real loud. Nice and clear mids and bright but not harsh tweeters. there is enough room to hide the crossovers in the doors, but youc ould also hude them under the dash.

I was wondering if u can blow components by under powering them? and by how much? I have a sony deck that puts out 54 watts x4 and im getting 350 watt components, will this be OK??

Well, first off, the Sony Deck, or for that matter, any aftermarket deck will only be putting out about 23 watts RMS at the maximum. Most HU's will put out in the range of 16-21. Technically, you can trash your components by underpowering them, because you usually try to get more sound out of them by cranking up the bass and such. Head units put out very very dirty power. If i were you, i would amp them.
