Default Crossover Noob question?

Now im thinking of getting this crossover when i get my tweeters in order to controle that only the highs are going to them. But my question is, it looks to have all the same features as my amp on my sub does now. After installing this, will i still need my amp?

Keep your amp and install these on the wire to your tweets
