Default In-Dash monitor for an 03'

So I did some searching around and didn't come up with any concrete answers.

I was wondering about installing a monitor in my dash of my 03'. I don't want a flip out monitor, just a screen.

So here's what really got me motivated:

This Xtreme claims to have a 7" monitor installed. (Very nice ride btw).

Does anyone know what would all have to be done to install this? Also does anyone know of a good monitor for a decent price. Or what the monitor in that Xtreme might be (I know its pretty much impossible to tell).

Would I just be better off sending to the an A/V dealer to install, or should I not trust them with this?

I sent the owner of that Xtreme an email asking him about it too.

Thanks

The 03 and 04 I believe have a dash slightly different than the rest of the years that allows them to install a double din with some modification. Search "Double Din" I know someone posted a how to on this. If you can get a newer dash you can then install a nice headunit (w/ touch screen) like your looking for.

The owner of the Xtreme said that he just had to shave a bit of the dash down.

And I measured my headunit slot, and it is exactly 7" wide by 4" high. I don't think it should be hard to find one at those dimensions.
