Default Day lights

Im sure this has been asked before... But I read somewhere that the daylights were not supposed to be the inners not the outers. Mine are the inners.. i have tested and they are not the brightest but they are really bright.. im sure they are not aimed correctly at all.. ( how high up should they be aimed etc) thanks guys

Maybe it's me but I am just not following this question. Are you talking about the factory daytime running lights, KC Daylighters or some other after market lights?

Your DRL's would be the inner lights which are also used as the high beams when you have the headlights turned on. When the high beams are on, the outer lights are off. The DRL's do not burn as brightly as when they are used as the high beams.
