A sound deadener, I wouldn't go with Dynamat. Especially since Secondskin's Damplifier is Mil. Spec. (Military Specification) and cheaper, about 1/2 the price for Damplifier Pro compared to Dynamat Extreme.

I've been having some headaches with rattles. I like the doors and Jay-Z, and when i turn it up, the bass makes the door panels rattle a little. I fixed this by putting some foam on the back of the door, my mom had some (she's a seamstress), and i put it on where i thought appropriate. When i put my speakers in the back, i'm gonna save myself a headache and put it on while i have the panels off.

You probably don't want to use that kind of foam. Sealed cell foam is what you should use. If you're talking about foam you use on seats or clothes, don't use that. You want something weatherproof to use in your doors. If you aren't gonna use proper sound deadening, you might try using some silicone caulking on the edges and points that touch the metal. Only cost you a few dollars.
